At Mithila Spices, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality, fresh, and authentic spices to your doorstep. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item.

The product was damaged during shipping.

The product is expired or defective upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.

You provide valid proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (e.g., photo/video).
Refunds
Once we receive your return request and inspect the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Products opened or used.

Requests made after 3 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped—whichever is earlier. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
